LAPS Foundation News:

The online silent auction for the LAPS Foundation’s Taste of Knowledge event is now live! More than 30 silent auction items were generously donated by local businesses, organizations and community members.

Even those not attending the event can place their bids on auction items at https://TOK24.givesmart.com (click on Register to Participate). Check it out and see what you’d like to bid on! The silent auction will close at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15.

Taste of Knowledge is a fundraiser for the Los Alamos Public Schools. Proceeds will benefit teachers, staff, students and facilities. There are still tickets available for the event which is at Fuller Lodge from 4-7 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 15.

An incredible menu highlighting our culturally-themed event will include appetizers crafted by culinary students at Los Alamos High School. The main course will be an artisan taco bar catered by Blue Window Bistro. For dessert, our talented cooks and bakers on the LAPS Foundation board will showcase their favorite dishes. A selection of wines and beer from Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op will also be served.

Enjoy celebrating the cultural diversity in our community and school district and participate in our wine pull, silent and live auctions, and paddle raise to benefit all Los Alamos Public Schools!
