Shot Put Champion Chase Ealey Joins Topper Throwers

USA Track and Field shot put champion, Chase Ealey, worked out Friday with the Topper throwers. Ealey is a 2011 graduate of Los Alamos High School. She plans to try out for the U.S. Olympic Team in 2020 in Tokyo. Here Ealey signs an autograph for Topper throwing coach Bob Scott. She won the women’s shot put event in the Toyota USA Track and Field Indoor Championships Feb. 22-24 in New York City. She threw the shot 18.62 meters, which is just over 61 feet.
