Serenata of Santa Fe News:

Serenata of Santa Fe presents a spell-binding, intimate afternoon Soirée recital, 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, featuring songs of Strauss, Rachmaninov, Ponce, Cantoral, Fernandez-Esperon (Tata Nacho), plus opulent selections from the Zarzuela repertoire.

Catered hors d’oeuvres, wine, bubbly drinks and desserts will follow. Seating is limited to 35 fully vaccinated attendees. Masks are required.

Tickets are $85. Directions will be sent upon completion of ticket purchase here. Music begins at 3 p.m., but attendees should plan to arrive between 2:30 and 2:45 p.m. to facilitate parking.

Pianist Nathan Salazar, a native of Santa Fe is a voice faculty member at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.

He has performed at Carnegie Hall, and with the Boston Symphony, the Handel and Haydn Society, the Santa Fe Opera, the Santa Fe Desert Chorale and Serenata of Santa Fe.

This singing actress is constantly praised for her “alluring voice and incredible range” (Washington Post).
