The Chamber of Commerce is celebrating the opening of the new Señor Tortas location with a ribbon cutting this morning at 11 a.m. The new Señor Tortas is located inside the Smith’s Marketplace at 751 Trinity Drive.

Owner Victor Castillo is opening this restaurant inside Smith’s in the former Infinity BBQ space. They will be offering their same popular authentic Mexican menu, including tacos, burritos, enchiladas and of course tortas, among other items. They will be offering catering as well. Señor Tortas will be open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week.

Señor Tortas has a long history of serving great Mexican food in New Mexico. Since being in Los Alamos, it has been located in a food truck on Central Avenue and has long been a favorite at the Friday Night Summer Concert Series. After also being located inside the American Legion, their popularity in town has grown. Now they will be conveniently located inside Smith’s! This evening at 6 p.m., the Hill Stompers will also celebrate the opening with a few of their favorite hits!
