ALBUQUERQUE — Ahead of New Mexico’s Primary Elections on Tuesday, Sen. Martin Heinrich announced his endorsements for statewide offices, county commissions, county sheriff, and the New Mexico House of Representatives, backing candidates that will help strengthen local economies, keep communities safe, and deliver real results for New Mexico families.
“From securing our elections to strengthening public safety and protecting the lands that define our way of life, the leaders we elect this year will make decisions that shape New Mexico’s future long after this election is over,” Heinrich said. “The candidates I’m endorsing understand that the decisions made in county commissions, the state legislature, and statewide offices have real impacts on our communities, our families, and our daily lives. I’m proud to support these candidates because they all share a commitment to strengthening local economies, keeping our communities safe, and delivering results for New Mexico families.”
Heinrich concluded, “New Mexicans deserve leaders who will listen to their concerns, tackle challenges like rising costs, and work every day to make our communities safer and stronger. That’s why I encourage every eligible New Mexican to make a plan to vote and help shape the future of our state.”
