Second Half Property Tax Due By May 10

COUNTY News:
 
Los Alamos County would like to remind property owners that the second installment for 2017 property tax bills becomes delinquent after Thursday, May 10.
 
Payment must either be made in person by 5 p.m., May 10 at the Customer Care Center, or postmarked by midnight that same day to avoid late payment penalty and interest charges.
 
The Customer Care Center is in the lobby of the Municipal Building at 1000 Central Ave., and open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
 
Payments should be mailed to P.O. Box 99, Los Alamos, NM 87544. Payments also are accepted through a property tax lockbox at Los Alamos National Bank at 1200 Trinity Dr.
