Los Alamos Public Schools Superintendent Kurt Steinhaus has announced that the schools are letting out early today due to the storm.
Here is today’s early release schedule:
- Busses will start at the Los Alamos Middle School with pick-up at about 10 a.m.;
- Los Alamos High School at 10:15 a.m.; and
- Los Alamos Elementary Schools as close to 10:30 a.m. as possible.
“As always, we are coordinating with the Lab. Their release will begin at 11 this morning,” Steinhaus said. “The Mental Health Design Team Community Meeting scheduled at 5:30 this evening has been cancelled. Thanks to all for helping make this morning as safe as possible for our students and staff.”
