14. Closed Executive Session

School Board President Wyman will ask for a Motion to go into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(5) NMSA 1978 for the purpose of discussing collective bargaining strategy and negotiations with the Los Alamos Federation of School Employees, And, Pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(2) NMSA 1978 to discuss limited Personnel Matters so that the Board can discuss Superintendent performance and evaluative matters.

15. Open Session

After the Closed Executive Session, President Wyman will reconvene the School Board Session. In Reference to the Executive Session held during the School Board Session, President Wyman will state that the purpose of the discussion in closed session was limited to the items on the agenda.
