School Board to Hold Executive Session at 5 p.m. Tuesday Followed Immediately by Regular Meeting

The Los Alamos School Board has scheduled an Executive Session for 5 p.m., Tuesday June 12 at Los Alamos High School.

The stated purpose of the closed session is to discuss Superintendent Gene Schmidt’s employment contract.

The board also is scheduled to discuss “limited personnel meetings involving recent personnel decisions.”

Following the Executive Session, the board will meet at 5:30 p.m. in regular session in the Los Alamos High School Speech Theater.

In this meeting, the board is schedued to discuss Los Alamos Middle School and Aspen Elementary School construction projects, plans for LAHS landscaping and recommendations for facility and gym rental rates for the coming school year.

The regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. is open to the public.
