Scenes From Toppers Swim Meet

The Topper swimmers check the heat sheets to get their event and lane assignment prior to the meet and write them on their arms and legs as notes. The Topper boy’s team scored 564 points to win their side of the meet and the girl’s scored 643 points to win theirs. There were 16 State Qualifying times posted from this meet. The State Swimming Meet is Feb. 22-23 in the Natatorium on the Albuquerque Academy Campus. The Topper’s will be a strong competitor in the State Meet. Photo by John McHale/ladailypost.com
