Owner Carolyn Cowan cuts the ribbon this afternoon, officially opening LA Bootery and Mesa Top Games and Toys at 1247B Central Ave. Cowan’s  husband Daniel and son Will are among the well wishers at the event as well as representatives from Los Alamos County, the Chamber of Commerce, LACDC and other organizations.
