Rodney Peterson, a WWII Navy Veteran was to celebrate his 97th birthday on Sunday but he passed away on Thursday. His daughter’s Linnea Peterson, left, and Cheryl Lucero decided to host their previously planned birthday parade anyway to honor his life.
