Scouts learn the proper care and folding of the American flag during the Sangre de Cristo Cub Scout Day Camp 2022 held Wednesday through Friday at the Masonic Temple at 1400 N. Sage Loop. The camp featured field games and relays, campfire skills, songs and jokes, flag ceremonies, visits by horses, a beekeeper and fire truck. The theme for the camp was ‘Wild Wild West’ including panning for gold, Morse code, yarn doll and log cabin building. The program also included gaga ball, fishing and other crafts.
