What a way to celebrate the birthday of the U.S.A.! Local youth organized the carnival games with prizes such as a fishing booth and bean bag toss. Activities also included an inflatable bounce house, obstacle course, giant slide, dunk tank and face painting. This tradition began more than 40 years ago as a small family neighborhood celebration in White Rock and has grown to involve around 1,000 people. Everyone is invited to come, participate, feel the spirit of our great country and celebrate the Birthday of the U.S.A. Photo by Jenn Bartram/ladailypost.com
