Saturday January 8, 2022, Registration will be from 9:00 – 9:30 AM. No Admittance after close of registration. Central Committee Meeting/Precinct Caucuses and Convention will be from 9:30 am – 12:00 PM, Fuller Lodge 2132 Central Ave, Los Alamos, NM 87544-4041

FOR THE PURPOSE

Elect Voting Delegates from each precinct to the Los Alamos County Pre-Primary Convention.

And

Los Alamos County Central Committee and Los Alamos County Pre-Primary Convention

FOR THE PURPOSE

To elect eleven (11) Delegates. The eleven (11) elected Delegates will serve as the Los Alamos County Pre-Primary Delegate Contingent to the Republican State Pre-Primary Convention on February 26, 2022.

All individuals desiring to become a state Pre-Primary Delegate from Los Alamos County please join us at this meeting if you are unable to make it please submit a self-nomination form. (See attached Self-Nomination Form) This self-nomination form, should be emailed to leadership@losalamosgop.com or mailed to RPLA, P.O. Box 832 Los Alamos, NM 87544 and must be received by the Los Alamos County Republican Party no later than 5 PM, January 6, 2022. Also, all individuals desiring to become a state Pre-Primary Delegate from Los Alamos County are to be prepared to register (at their own expense) for the State Pre-Primary Convention held in Ruidoso, NM on February 26, 2022 through this link: https://secure.winred.com/republican-party-of-new-mexico/pre-primary

2022 PRE-PRIMARY DELEGATE NOMINATION

This completed form must be received by the TCRP prior to 5 PM, January 6, 2022.

I,                                                              , affirm that I am currently a registered voter and will have been continuously registered as a Republican in Los Alamos County for a minimum of six months and one day prior to January 3, 2022. I also affirm that I am currently living full time in Los Alamos County.

I submit this self-nomination form announcing my candidacy to become a State Pre-Primary Delegate to the 2022 RPNM Pre-Primary Convention on February 26, 2022 at the MCM Elegante/Ruidoso Convention Center 107 Sierra Blanca Dr., Ruidoso, NM 88345. If elected:

1. I understand that I am personally responsible for all my personal expenses including, but not limited to any RPNM fees, travel, food, lodging, etc.
2. I understand that registration and payment must be made to the RPNM for the Registration Fee of $40.00. Guests are also my responsibility to register.
3. I understand and agree to make every effort to personally participate in the entire proceedings of the State Pre-Primary Convention and related events.
4. I agree that my contact information may be released to candidates, media and others.
5. I agree to abide by the Republican Party of New Mexico Uniform State Rules and the Los Alamos County Republican Party Supplemental and Special Rules.
