Rotarian Phil Dabney, chairman of the Rotary Club’s scholarship committee, was on hand recently to congratulate Ben Rees, a graduating senior, on receiving one of the Club’s two Service Awards. Ruby Selvage was the recipient of the other award given and was previously recognized at another meeting.
