ROTARY News:

Three 8th-grade students from Los Alamos Middle School were honored recently at the Rotary Club of Los Alamos for their award-winning essays based upon Rotary’s 4-Way Test, a set of principles Rotarians aspire to live by:

  • Is it the truth?
  • Is it fair to all concerned?
  • Will it build good will?
  • and better friendships?
  • Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

Each student received a cash award.

The essay competition was chaired by Rotarian Andrea Cunningham and judged by Rotarians Phil Dabney, Karen Easton, Laura Loy, Alison Pannell, Bethany Tierney and Alex Zubelewicz.
