ESPAÑOLA — The First Judicial District Pro Bono Committee and the Volunteer Attorney Program of New Mexico Legal Aid will hold a free legal fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, April 12, 2025 at the Northern New Mexico College campus in Española.

Members of the public can consult with volunteer attorneys at no cost about civil and family law issues such as divorce, custody and support, landlord/tenant matters, guardianship, employment, wills and probate, and contracts. 

Walk-ins are welcome and pre-registration is not necessary for the event.

The First Judicial District serves Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties. 

Staff from the Supreme Court Law Library, who helped to organize the legal fair, will be at the event to support the volunteer attorneys and provide legal resources and information about library services.
