Sharon Clahchischilliage, candidate for U.S. Congress, CD 3, will be our special guest and speaker for our Constitution Day Luncheon on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024. Our fundraising event will be held at noon at SALA Event Center, 2551 Central Ave.
Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. for a mingle and silent auction. We will be in the newly renovated space, “The Hill” and food will be catered by Senor Tortas. Online registration is available at this link. Tickets are $60/person and will be available at the door.
All registered Republicans are invited to join us for our bi-monthly central committee meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, at Open Door Bible Church. Joshua Muck will present a Transportation Board update. Councilor Reagor will give a County Council and re-election campaign update.
Kudos to Councilors Hand and Reagor for supporting a citizen-led board to ensure transparency and small business representation with both White Rock and Mari-Mac redevelopment! I am disappointed that the other Councilors voted against the MRA Commission, but am hopeful that the newly elected Council will take on this common sense initiative already established in many other NM Counties.
Often Councilor Reagor has been the only vote or the tie-breaking vote supporting small businesses. We need his continued advocacy on our Council. If you have questions or would like to volunteer, please contact him at reagor4council@gmail.com. Check out his new campaign video.
David Reagor will present “Illuminating Los Alamos” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25 at SALA Event Center. All are invited to attend.
