RPLA delegates were well represented at the RPNM 2026 Pre-Primary Convention in Ruidoso! We had a fantastic time meeting delegates from other Counties, elected officials, and candidates.

The community is invited to Councilor David Reagor’s Townhall meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, in Room 505 of Jeannette Wallace Hall at UNM-Los Alamos. His topic will be the first of a series: “The War on our Middle Class: Our County’s Climate Action Plan.” This is also an opportunity to meet our 2026 Council candidates: Eric Stromberg and Jason Chappel. Please share your concerns and questions!

Jennifer McKerley is collecting silent auction items for the LAFRW Freedom Tea, which will be held from 2-4:30 p.m. on April 25 at Fuller Lodge. Please contact her at jmckerley@comcast.net if you have items to donate!

I am thrilled to announce that House Representative Martin Zamora (District 63), candidate for NM CD-3, will be the guest speaker for our Legislative Update.
