Rep. Stefani Lord Introduces Bill To Outlaw Necrophilia

Rep. Stefani Lord, Bernalillo & Torrance (R)

Political News:

SANDIA PARK – New Mexico State Rep. Stefani Lord announced today that she is introducing a bill in the New Mexico House of Representatives to make necrophilia illegal in New Mexico.

Rep. Lord expects the bill to garner widespread support as there is effectively universal opposition to the abhorrent practice. While necrophilia is illegal already in most states, there are a few in which it is inexplicably still legal, including New Mexico.

“Obviously, topics like these are disgusting and uncomfortable to even discuss,” Rep. Lord said. “But as a representative to my friends and neighbors, I have an obligation to not shy away from confronting unpleasant issues, but to address them head on. This bill should be a no-brainer and uncontroversial. I fully expect my colleagues in the House on both sides of the aisle to do the right thing and support this common sense bill.”

About Rep. Stefani Lord:

Stefani Lord is a graduate of Portland State University with a Degree in Psychology with an emphasis on the neurochemistry of the brain. Before running for office, she formed a citizen action group called Pro-Gun Women to fight back against the constant infringement on the Second Amendment in New Mexico. Pro-Gun Women has become an important conservative organization in New Mexico, and Lord was able to mobilize so many citizens that Pro-Gun Women held the largest 2nd Amendment rally in the history of New Mexico. She and her husband, Thor Lord, call the East Mountains their home. Thor is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran.
