The grand opening of the new downtown eatery ‘Cochon’ at 1801 Central Ave., was postponed last December due to unexpected water damage and other issues uncovered during initial renovations. Progress has been slow but the opening is still tentatively scheduled for summertime. Owner Laura Crucet told the Los Alamos Daily Post Monday that despite the rather discouraging delays at Cochon – she will be making an exciting announcement for the community very soon!
