Local attorney Shay Burns Kendricks is providing a free overview of the legal considerations families and survivors face upon the passing of a loved one.
She will present practical advice on estate planning at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22 at The Family YMCA, but space is limited to the first 40 registered.

This presentation will open with a 12.5-minute comedy by playwright Robert Benjamin. Sparked by estate planning, a long-married couple skirmishes about the precision in their marriage. “Ultimate Precision” features Pat Beck and Eric Bjorklund.
Following the play, Burns Kendricks will then provide the information, a handout and answer questions. The location of the presentation will be provided to those who register.
