LA Cares Food Pantry News:

LA Cares Food Pantry holds food distributions every month for residents of Los Alamos County.

The next distribution is 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 12 or10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 13 at Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church on North Road.

The deadline to register is Sunday, Aug. 8. Call 505.661.8015 to register and for more information.

There are federal guidelines for eligibility (for example, a family of 4 must make less than $49,025 annually to qualify).

LA Cares also gives rent and utility assistance to residents of Los Alamos County once per 12 months. Call 505.661.8015 for more information.
