RDC Awards Micro-Grant Funds To 58 Businesses

RDC News:

“Access to capital can be extremely difficult for small businesses, especially in rural and underserved areas of northern New Mexico. These grants represent a unique and invaluable source of funding that can impact a business in a significant way.” —Carla Rachkowski, Director of Operations

The Regional Development Corporation (RDC) Micro-Grant Fund awards up to $3,000 to help businesses diversify, sustain, or grow revenue, leverage other investments, and create job opportunities that lead to growth and success.

The RDC was determined to reach potential applicants by removing language barriers and offering a Spanish-only information session, support, application, and promotion (in addition to English). The RDC received 161 Micro-Grant applications.
