ALBUQUERQUE — Children, Youth, and Families Department (CYFD) will hold a Rapid Hire event to fill more than 200 positions statewide under the Protective Services Division. The event will be held 11 a.m. to 6  p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 15 at EXPO New Mexico, 300 San Pedro Dr, NE in Albuquerque.

Screeners from the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDWS) and New Mexico State Personnel Office will be on-hand to review applicant resumes and schedule qualified applicants for an interviewed on-site the same day.

Interested applicants who do not live in the Albuquerque area, may also apply and virtually interview at any New Mexico CYFD office.

CYFD will be hiring for a range of Child Protective Services Caseworker positions including, Investigation Caseworkers, Permanency Planning Caseworkers, Placement Caseworkers. Additional positions include administrative, Children’s Court Attorneys and much more. Positions range from energy level to upper management.

Applicants should bring multiple copies of an updated resume, three professional references, proof of right to work in the United States (if applicable) and copy of unofficial transcripts for highest level of education achieved. Professional attire is recommended.
