ALBUQUERQUE — Rainbow Ryders, the premier hot air balloon company in the Southwest, is taking applications for people interested in becoming hot air balloon chase crew members to join their team for the 2023 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

This position offers the potential for long-term employment, with opportunities to transition into full-time or part-time roles within Rainbow Ryders. To ensure a strong foundation and familiarity with Rainbow Ryders’ operations, applicants are required to crew with the company at least three times in Albuquerque before the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta event.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hot air balloon equipment with care and precision.
- Assist the pilot with flight preparation to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
- Follow the balloon during flight, maintaining communication and safety protocols.
- Pack up equipment after each flight and return it to the shop.
