Quality New Mexico will conduct a workshop on “Leadership Tools for Leaders, Managers, and Supervisors” 8:30 a.m. to noon, Oct. 17 at Los Alamos National Bank in Los Alamos.
Leader, Manager, and Supervisor positions are critical to the success of a business. They are the front line people – training them to understand their role and how they fit in the big picture is critical to overall success of the business and their own performance.
Key leadership tools include:
- A clear understanding of these roles and responsibilities
- The critical elements of a sustainable operation
- A system to effectively guide an organization/division/department/group/team/program
- Effective management styles and avoidable pitfalls
Workshop cost is $125 per person for Quality New Mexico members and $150 for non-members. The fee includes take-away materials and morning refreshments.
