The community is invited to attend the 2020 Quality New Mexico Learning Symposium and Performance Excellence Awards Luncheon.

Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities is being recognized for excellence with a Roadrunner Award.

The Key Note Speaker is El Paso City Manager Tommy Gonzalez. His presentation, Why Can’t Government Operate Like A Business? looks at how El Paso, Texas became the largest city in the United States to earn its state’s top quality award for excellence using the Baldrige Excellence Framework.

Gonzalez, will share the value proposition of using this common sense framework to guide any organization in performing at a high level to achieve their strategic objectives and satisfy their key stakeholders. Regardless of industry or sector, attendees will benefit from this motivating and informative symposium.
