NM-4 Water Repair Begins Friday

Weather permitting, the emergency repair on a water transmission line along N.M. 4 has been rescheduled for Friday, March 22, through Sunday, March 24.

The broken water line is on the east side of NM-4 about halfway between East Jemez Road and the turnoff to N.M. 502.

Officials at the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities (DPU) would like to remind drivers that when the work begins on Friday, they should expect to see N.M. 4 traffic reduced to one lane in each direction as they approach the work zone.
