NMDOT News:
SANTA FE — Santa Fe County and the City of Santa Fe, in collaboration with the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT), invite the public to attend a community meeting to learn more about the Henry Lynch Road complete street reconstruction and Agua Fria Street Roundabout Improvement Project.
The meeting will take place 5:30-7:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 18, at the Nancy Rodriguez Community Center. A project presentation will begin at 5:35 p.m., followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and provide input.
The preliminary engineering phase is currently at 30%. The project aims to enhance multi-modal mobility and connectivity in the area, with a strong emphasis on providing safe and equitable access for all road users. In addition, the roundabout will connect to the river trail and address needed stormwater drainage improvements.
During the meeting, project representatives will present the project’s purpose, scope, funding, and anticipated timeline. Public feedback on the designs is welcome and will be accepted during the meeting and through July 18, 2025.
