projectY cowork member Lena Isaacs began using projectY cowork Los Alamos shortly after the space opened in 2016. She is a local entrepreneur and founder of ProcessQM LLC. After starting out at projectY cowork, Isaacs was able to build her business and open an office in Los Alamos.
“I opened an office space and I think projectY really contributed to this transition,” Isaacs said. “It not only helped me keep the startup process very lean, it was also a great place for networking so I made a lot of contacts. I met a lot of entrepreneurs in the same position as me and we had very similar challenges so we were able to bounce off similar ideas, and it has been a great transition.”
Isaacs is a quality management professional who specializes in organizational excellence, quality management systems and process improvement. She has a reputation for building strong teams, developing both nuclear and non-nuclear quality assurance programs, and maintaining various requirements. She is president and owner of ProcessQM LLC, overseeing all daily operations and business activities.
Prior to launching ProcessQM LLC, she was a quality manager at Advanced Thin Films Inc., a site quality manager and quality assurance analyst at Laboratory Corporation of America, a quality management representative at J.B. Henderson Inc., and an internal auditor at Rinchem Company Inc.
