projectY cowork News:
projectY cowork Los Alamos has announced a collaboration with Zhennovate to bring a free opportunity to managers of hybrid and remote teams. Graduate students, postdocs and nontechnical managers are welcome to attend as well. Typically, this workshop is offered exclusively to premium clients and organizations but is being offered to the Los Alamos community at no-cost for just one night, July 10 at 150 Central Park Square.
In the workshop, participants will learn about leveraging coaching techniques to create a safe environment, listen actively, and provide specific, objective feedback. We will also go over encouraging self-reflection and setting clear goals through interactive exercises and real-life scenarios. Participants will gain practical skills to motivate peers and subordinates, foster growth, and drive positive change in their team’s work. The workshop will also leverage Zhennovate’s proprietary AI coaching solution designed to empower workplace productivity and experiences.
