Los Alamos County Planning & Zoning Commission will meet at 5:30 p.m., April 8, in Council Chambers at 1000 Central Ave.

The Commission will hear an extension request for SIT-2023-0063 from Greg Gonzales, dba Columbus Capital, for Site Plan approval at 535 Central Ave., for a 104,671 sq. ft. mixed-use development that proposes 322 residential units and 22,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The property, MMV 001, is within the Downtown Los Alamos (DTLA) Zone District.
