Pet of the Week: Shayla – sweet senior spayed female GSD Mix with amazing energy. One owner until the economy forced her family into housing where Shayla was not allowed.

Recent grooming donated by Yours Truly Diana. Great on leash walks and all-around nice girl. Housebroken. Confident, affectionate. Great with male dogs.

The Los Alamos Animal Shelter, 226 East Road, (505) 662-8179, has a great selection of on-site adoptable pets. Others are off-campus in foster homes.
