SHELTER News:
Cessna is a German Shepherd/Lab mix found near the Los Alamos Airport last summer. He will give you lots of licks and tail wags.
The shelter staff recently introduced Cessna to a male malamute mix at the shelter, and they became best buds, so Cessna might do okay with the company of some male dogs, but might prefer the company of a “girlfriend” instead.
Call Cessna’s sponsor at (505) 231-3624, for more iinformation.
All adoptable pets are microchipped, spayed or neutered, and brought up-to-date on vaccinations. Dogs are checked for heartworm.
The Los Alamos Animal Shelter, 226 East Road, (505) 662-8179, has a great selection of adoptable pets.
Visit the Friends of the Shelter’s new website at www.lafos.org for information about volunteering, adopting and donating, or call (505) 662-8179.
