PEEC News:

Walk the grounds of Los Luceros Historic Site while viewing sparkling holiday lights and the full moon with Pajarito Environmental Education (PEEC) volunteer astrophysicist Galen Gisler, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4.

December’s full moon, sometimes referred to as the “Cold Moon”, has a high trajectory in the sky, which means that it will be above the horizon for longer than most full moons.

Bundling up is encouraged and warm drinks will be served.
