On the job in Los Alamos today is Los Alamos Visiting Nurse Services (LAVNS) Office Manager Jade Lovato, left, and Executive Director Wendi Wolfe selling daffodil arrangements in front of Starbucks on Central Avenue as part of the annual LAVNS daffodil sale. Proceeds from the sale support the LAVNS Hospice Program for terminally ill individuals. Individual bunches (10 stems) can be purchased for $8 and three bunches cost $24 and include a vase, while supplies last. Friday, the final day of sale, LAVNS will sell the flowers until 5 p.m. from its office at 109 Central Park Square. Photo by Kirsten Laskey/ladailypost.com
