On the job in Los Alamos this afternoon is waitress Erika Marquez at Viola’s Restaurant. She has worked at the popular eatery for 15 years and said today, ‘The owners are so nice and so is everyone I work with … it’s like family  … and I love our customers they are really nice, too!’  Viola’s Restaurant is open 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Monday through Friday at 1360 Trinity Dr., and has been serving customers in Los Alamos since 1988.
