Los Alamos National Bank President Steve Wells, center right, and other banking industry officials, representatives from U.S. Sen. Tom Udall’s office and U.S. Rep. Ben Ray Lujan’s office and others attended Tuesday’s grand re-opening of Mesa del Norte Apartments on San Ildefonso Road in Los Alamos.
