SHARON LANNING (MOLLEUR) Nov. 2, 1943 – Jan. 31, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Sharon K. Lanning (Molleur) announces her passing in Farmington, New Mexico, after a brief illness, on January 31, 2018 at the age of 74.

Sharon Kaye Molleur was born in Oklahoma to Dewey and Doris Molleur on November 2, 1943 and graduated from Los Alamos High School in 1961.

Sharon worked at many jobs and was particularly fond of her many years of work at Los Alamos National Laboratory and enjoyed her time there.

She is preceded in death by her parents Dewey and Doris Molleur, sister Joyce Molleur-Cohn and grandson Carl Molleur.

Sharon is survived by her sister Susan Tarlowski, son John J.D. Molleur and wife Melissa Molleur, son Scott Molleur and wife Monica Decker, grandchildren John, Heather, Sarah and Samantha, and great-grandson Eli. Sharon is also survived by many other family members and fondly remembered by a multitude of friends.

Sharon’s funeral service will be held at Guaje Pines Cemetery in Los Alamos at 11:00 am, Saturday, Feb 10th.
