MICHAEL JAMES KRONE Dec. 31, 1986 – May 7, 2025

Michael James Krone, born December 31, 1986 to James and Lauren Krone in Los Alamos, NM passed away at the age of 38 on May 7, 2025, in Alamosa, CO.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother Lauren, and sister Shannon. He is survived by his son Forest, daughter Evelyne Rose, father James, brother Mark and nephew Jasper, grandmother Martha, aunt Denise and uncle Michael, uncle John and aunt Becky, along with other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Michael loved animals and was an accomplished Veterinary Technician who was valued for his skill, knowledge, and work ethic. Michael was also a musician, DJ, event producer and promoter. He performed at many venues in New Mexico, Colorado, California, Oregon, and Europe.

Michael will always be remembered for his kind and generous heart, love of nature, people and innovative ideas. Michael was appreciated for his knowledge, wisdom and compassion. He was charming and loved by all he met. Michael led a rich, vibrant, and full life.

A “Celebration of Life” event was held by his friends in Colorado on May  8, 2025.

A separate New Mexico “Celebration of Life” ceremony will be held at a future date by invitation for his close family and friends.
