DEBORAH COLEEN SPORE March 4, 1951 – Aug. 24, 2022

Deborah Coleen Spore, 71, resident of Española, NM passed away August 24, 2022, at the hospital with family by her side. She was a strong Kiowa woman who fought hard but succumbed to a long battle of illness.

She was born March 4, 1951, to Hawley Tsoodle and Mary Ruth (Redbird) Tsoodle in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Debbie met Jay in the 8th grade in Newkirk, Oklahoma. They were married in Newkirk on August 28. 1969. They were the love of each other’s life for 53 years. To this union they have two daughters Candace Katrina and wife Carol of Frederick, Maryland, and Rachel Lorraine of the home.

Debbie completed her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Idaho Falls, Idaho in the 1980s. She was a world traveler and a Harley Davidson enthusiast. In recent years Debbie had grown to love her dog Harley, a Shih Tzu from Maryland.

Debbie is preceded in death by both parents, her brother Terald Tsoodle, and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

She is survived by her brother Lindrith Tsoodle, and sisters, Brenda Chaddlesone and Donna Bass.

Funeral Service: 10:00am Wednesday, August 31st, 2022, at Rainy Mountain Kiowa Indian Baptist Church, Mountain View, OK.

Interment: Rainy Mountain Tribal Cemetery, Mountain View, OK.

Wake Service: 6:00pm Tuesday, August 30, 2022. Rainy Mountain Kiowa Indian Baptist Church, Mountain View, OK.

Visitation: 9:00am-8:00pm Tuesday, August 30, 2022. Ray & Martha’s Funeral Home, Carnegie, under the direction of Ray and Martha’s Funeral Home, Carnegie, OK.
