NMDOT: Española Valley HS Senior Class Parade Saturday

NMDOT News:

ESPANOLA – The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) would like the traveling public to be aware of temporary intersection closures Saturday afternoon in Española.

There will be a parade along Fairview Lane for the graduating seniors of Española Valley High School 2-4 p.m. Saturday, May 22.

To ensure everyone’s safety, Law Enforcement will be temporarily closing the following intersections so that the parade may pass through:

  • Fairview Lane (N.M. 584) and U.S. 84/285;
  • Fairview Lane and N.M. 68;
  • Fairview Lane and South McCurdy Road; and
  • Fairview Lane and N.M. 291.

Each closure is expected to last approximately 10 minutes, barring unexpected emergencies.

NMDOT appreciates the public’s patience while the parade progresses through the area, and wish the graduates well in all their future endeavors.
