Nicole Sutherland has joined Zia Realty Group as an associate broker.

“I was working in property management in Albuquerque and that led me to develop a passion for real estate so I went for it,” Sutherland said. “I felt comfortable with the work ethic and environment at Zia Realty Group so I joined the team. I’m in this for the long haul so it is important to me to be with a strong company with outstanding people.”

Sutherland lived in Los Alamos for many years before moving to Albuquerque. She returned to Los Alamos two years ago to be near her family and raise her 5- and 9-year-old sons in a safe environment. She initially went to work for Gateway Medical Care.

“As a longtime member of the Los Alamos community, Nicole is well known for helping others. In her former position in health care, she was known to be extremely hard working and dedicated to her patients,” Zia owner/broker James Chrobocinski said. “I know she will bring that same dedication and diligence to her real estate clients.”

Sutherland’s Mother Pam Wiuff works in health care and father Todd Wiuff work for Chrobocinski’s Zia Maintenance Company as do her brothers Robert and Tyler Wiuff.

Sutherland joins a team of 25 brokers at Zia Realty Group serving clients in Los Alamos, Espanola Valley, Santa Fe, Jemez Springs and the surrounding areas. Some of Zia’s top-selling brokers have backgrounds in small business, law and finance. They bring a wealth of experience to every transaction, and the entire team works together to make sure that every client has the best possible experience buying or selling.

“I’m eager to provide excellent customer service care to my clients and their families … the type of care that they deserve,” Sutherland said.
