Nicholas Martin files to run for the Mirador Public Improvement District Board this afternoon in the Los Alamos County Clerk’s office. Martin said he decided to run for a seat on the board because he has been a resident in the Mirador development for five years and wants to make sure the taxpayers’ dollars are being used wisely in the neighborhood.
