Los Alamos County Clerk Sharon Stover announced the unofficial results in the 2015 School Board Election this evening in Council Chambers. 

School Board Results District 3:

  • 94 – Bill Hargraves;
  • 86 – Nan Holmes;
  • 40 – Sheryl Nichols.

School Board Results District 4:

  • 161 – Andrea Cunningham;
  • 44 – Michael Fessbender.

School Board Results District 5:

  • 124 Jenny McCumber;
  • 23 – Judy Bjarke-McKenzie.

UNM-LA Advisory Board Position 3:

  • 287 – Michael DiRosa;
  • 253 – Troy Hughes;
  • 142 – James Nealy Robinson.

UNM-LA Advisory Board Position 4:

  • 548 – Stephen Boerigter.

The winning candidates share their thoughts and appreciation for the support they’ve received from the community.

“I feel honored to serve the Aspen District … the first thing I’d like to do is move the high school and middle school starting time one hour later … and I want a communication plan developed so people can know what’s going on.”
