New Show ‘Inside Arts’ Begins Airing On PAC 8 Feb. 16

Los Alamos Museum of Art and PAC 8 Community Media Center have teamed up and produced a series of recordings featuring regional artists, musicians and collectors.

The new show, called Inside Arts will begin airing Feb. 16 and will air weekly at 8:30 p.m. Sundays, 4 p.m. Tuesdays and 8 p.m. Thursdays on Cable Channel 8 in Los Alamos.

The shows feature T.K Thompson, Karen Wray, Robert Wells, Ken Hanson, The Hot Flashes, Ruth Williamson and Petr and Louise Jandacek. Other productions are underway.

Los Alamos Museum of Art (LAMOA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and presenting individual works and collections of art and the stories behind them, and promoting the joy and appreciation of the arts. LAMOA is in the process of securing an appropriate space to house its collection of more than 1,000 promised and donated works of local and international art.

PAC 8, a non-profit organization, is a local television station and media center. PAC 8 records events in the community, produces ads and Public Service Announcements for local businesses and organizations, and holds summer and after-school media classes for students. PAC 8 also provides services to the community such as digitizing old media, equipment rental and free technical help.
