New Mexico State Bar Foundation’s Modest Means Helpline To Host Small Business Webinar March 11

ALBUQUERQUE — The New Mexico State Bar Foundation’s Means Helpline is proud to announce it will be hosting a free small business webinar from noon to 1 p.m. (MT), March 11. The webinar is titled, “Suing Over an Unpaid Invoice: What a Small Business Owner Needs to Know.” 

The last of a two-part series, this webinar will cover steps small business owners should take to initiate a lawsuit against non-paying customers, and explore the legal processes involved in collecting the judgment awarded. The webinar is intended to help equip small business owners in New Mexico with the tools they need to successfully navigate legal issues.
