Albuquerque — The New Mexico State Bar Foundation’s Modest Means Helpline is proud to announce it will be hosting its second FREE small business webinar of the year noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, May 7. The webinar is titled, “Essential Contracts for Your Small Business”.
This webinar is the second in the Modest Means Helpline’s 2025 three-part small business webinar series for New Mexico business owners. The May 7 webinar will be presented by the Margaret Lorenz, who is a licensed N.M. attorney with the Modest Means Helpline, and Maria Trujillo, a licensed N.M. with Briones Business Law Consulting.
During their presentation, they will survey various types of business contracts, including the most important contracts for operating a small business, the baseline agreements to consider when starting a small business and the crucial components of service agreements required by the law.
